Booking in at 15:00 (3pm) on day of arrival and Check out by 10:00 (10am) on last day

Deposits: A Holding deposit of 20% of the value of the quotation is required not later than 15 days from the issue of the quotation.
IF THIS AMOUNT IS NOT RECEIVED YOUR BOOKING WILL BE CONSIDERED AS UNCONFIRMED.

Breakage deposit: A R 2 650.00 refundable breakage deposit is due at the same time as the 20% deposit payable 2 weeks after receiving quote.
PLEASE NOTE THIS IS A SEPARATE AMOUNT FROM THE HOLDING DEPOSIT AND WILL BE REFUNDED.

Yes day visitors are welcome for a daily fee and please remember to include their catering needs if they will be enjoying a meal with the delegates who are using the campsite accommodation.

There is a large pool in a fenced off area . Use of the pool is at own risk , no lifeguard on duty, minors must be closely supervised by a competent adult who is able to swim.

Although there is no tuckshop on the campsite there are a few shopping centres and petrol stations just a couple of minutes away.

Lanseria Airport: is the closest airport. 30km - approximately a 30 minutes away

OR Thambo International: 60km - approximately a 60 minutes away

Park Station: 26km - approximately 45 minutes away

A small local shopping center is just 1 km down the road, while several malls and larger shopping centers can be found within 2 to 5 kilometers.

According to Google, Wilropark Baptist, West Rand Lutheran Community Church, and AGS Wilropark Gemeente are the three closest churches. However, there are a number of other churches within a 5km radius of the campsite.

The maximum capacity is 200 if entire campsite is booked

Conferences and Church services of 450+ guests have been hosted.

There are some bunk beds in the Youth Dormitory and Non-Ensuite Blocks, however the vast majority of the beds are single beds. See more about our accommodation Here

Yes, we provide bedding; however, you are welcome to bring your own extra blankets or favorite pillow.

Please note that toiletries such as towels and face cloths are not provided.

We do not offer a laundry service, however you can find a laundry service at one of the local shopping centres.
